Hjellebrygga guest harbor in Skien is located right after you have sluiced through the Skien lock to the Hjellevannet in the Telemark channel.

There is a toilet and shower in the service building on the pier. Ask for a key at the service office of Telemarkskanalen, which is located on the pier.
