Brand new architect-designed sauna raft that opened in the heart of the Telemark Canal, more specifically Lunde, at the beginning of March 2025.
The sauna is designed by Furore Arkitektur / Oslo Works, with lots of input from experienced sauna enthusiasts about saunas and ice bathing. Unique to this sauna fleet is a separate small heated living room. There, those who don't want to stay as long in the sauna as the rest of the group can enjoy a good book while they wait.
The sauna is the first part of a larger initiative that will also include the construction of unique forest accommodations. The sauna is idyllically located in a beautiful cultural landscape by the Telemark Canal – right between Lunde and the Vrangfoss lock, along National Cycle Route No. 2.

- Possibility of both private hire and drop-in in the communal sauna
- Ready to use (wood burning sauna oven) and cleaning included
