Discover the Sofia Sculpture Forest, located in the forest between Vrangfoss and Eidsfoss Sluice. Here you can admire unique sculptures created by the artist Ferdinand Wyller.
Sculpture Forest Sofia was created to remind us that everything and everyone is connected on different levels, even though life can feel chaotic and meaningless at times.
In the centre of the area you'll find the fireplace, where you can let your thoughts flow freely. You can also share your reflections with the artist via email. For a deeper understanding of his perspectives, you can read his book, ‘Not of this world’.
The sculptures are cast at Markovstudio in Bulgaria and at Hageland Foundry in Holum, Norway.
You can contact Ferdinand Wyller at ferdinand@ferdinandwyller.no, or visit his website at ferdinandwyller.no
